for the first time I felt that that government works swiftly.On my recent inquiry regarding my EPF statement, they respond in less than 24 hours!!! ........................via email, this is due to the the inquiry made online. Well done EPF!!! In the email, it also provide step by step instruction on what do I need to do next. At least I don't feel lost and don't know how to proceed.
