1)people here that have lands in their home will plant fruit trees as their interest...
2)weather here can grow fruits that i can't get in malaysia so often and cheap.
3)people here are friendly
4)places around here are clean
5)drivers are polite
6)Korean fuds sucks, their chilli sucks!!
7)vietnamese food are so so...
8)KFC and MacD are much more healthier than those in malaysia
9)life here is relaxing, not so stressful and war-like in malaysia
10)some suburbs has different nationality colonise them(well, things has changed now)
11)cars are cheap here
12)rentals and houses are expensive here
13)strict law enforcement
14)cleaner air
15)nicer flower
16)greener grass
17)more variety of birds
18)clearer lake water
19)lots of yatch!
