Its Streamyx again...

Not Too long Ago (to be exact a year and a half)... I subscribe the ONLY broadband available in Malaysia back then, the service like any other bussinesses it was "Cekap" when it somes to marketing and promotions... So me being silly (or rather sohai) sign up the package, this is when i know what was hell actually feels like...Imagine u paid and get screwed how bad is that? to add salt (pepper and chili) to the wound , they actually fuck u right up without any notification...

1) Unlimited Broadband access - Its limited ok!!! due to the fact that , in one month i dun exactly get 7 x 24 hours of surfing. it MUST be interrupted no matter what. Although they say speed is at best efford, but i doubt they put in any afford lor... Its either slow connection or frequent disconnectivity.

2) Call Center - When you call them up to complaint , You must at least wait 5-10 mins, i think they really suffering from this bussiness providing such low-efficient service hence getting so many complaints daily...To make matter worse each time you call, the agents treats u like a small kid, 1st they ask you to do troubleshooting, come'on la...you think we all first time calling you mer? I think this is why all the subscribers need to wait so long to lodge a complaint.

But the do make improvement, i remember the first generations of streamyx agents will ask u to create a NEW manual dialer AFTER asking you to restart ur modem and using direct connection.

then the 2nd generation, they will ask you to flush the dns, and also again restart the modem...
There was this one time, they even asked me to unplug my phone line for fucking 15 mins just to let the system knows i am disconnected, this is so not making sense!!! TELEKOM MALAYSIA hire not only stupid MANAGEMENT STAFF, but this fucking stupid MANAGEMENT STAFF in return HIRE OR OUTSOURCE TO EVEN DUMB AGENTS as CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS. Don't they have any knowledge on networking? we are talking fucking 15 mins here ok!!!

and the 3rd generation , they've improved, they will play this ULTRA loud silly women screaming while u're waiting for ur agent for u to screw. She SCREAM like this " MAKE SURE UR DSL LIKE IS SCATTERLY LITE, and not BLINKING." " TRY TURNING YOUR MODEM ON AND OFF ".
Then finally you are thru, speaking to the agents, the line get disconnected, you've got to go thru all over again, only this time, they say they will change the port for you... Right after that, you CANNOT ONLINE anymore!!! and guess what, they pretty part is that, its friday!
That makes you no connections for 3 days, because this technician (Specialist idiots) don't work 24 x 7 you see .

And i notice nowadays they high tech d, can change your IP for you...I thought initially STREAMYX is using Dynamic IP, suddenly they can change your IP, they must be treating user like really stupid kid. I would not want to waste my time dealing with small fry, cause that does not satify my urge... 

Again, I Salute you Government of Malaysia for the appointment of such dumb Minister and therefore awarding TM to provide such service to screw your citizens upside down...
