Since every blog i read, post about food ...i decided to blog about my mum roasting pork meat last sunday...well, first choose a lazy pig, so that the meat is tender and with lil amount of fat under the skin.
making roast pork is really simple, 1st stab the meat's skin evenly and thoroughly, i don't know the logic behind this , but it's one of the steps.
Then apply vineger on top of the skin, this is to make it feel crunchy,at the bottom of the meat, you will have to apply "five spices" powder and also salt but not too much or else it will be very salty...
now u are ready to roast it!!
set the temperature to 25o degree celcius, and for 120 mins,60mins on the top and 60mins bottom of the piece of meat...
after 120 mins, take the roast pork out and ready to serve...
